Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) – 8-Week Online Program. At some point your child will need you… And at some point they’ll need to not need you.
The Circle of Security Parenting program is an internationally recognised, evidence-based parenting course that helps you understand your child’s emotional needs and build a stronger, more secure relationship – even on the hardest days.
Over 8 gentle, practical weekly sessions (1 hour each), you’ll discover:
- Why your child needs you in certain moments – and needs to explore in others
- How to read your child’s emotional cues
- How to support their confidence and resilience
- How to repair misunderstandings and stay connected when things go wrong
- This is a live, facilitator-led small-group program delivered by a registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator. It is interactive, reflective, and filled with “aha!” moments that parents say change the way they see their child forever.
No judgment. No perfect parenting required. Just real tools that work – for toddlers through to teens.
